FEKAP is a brain-penetrant and selective kappa opioid receptor (KOR) agonist (Ki = 0.43 nM) which isotope labeled form exhibits excellent imaging properties. 11C-FEKAP can be utilized as a radiotracer for imaging KOR[1].
