PDE7A-IN-1 (Compound 26) is an orally active PDE7A inhibitor with an IC50 value of 3.7 nM. PDE7A-IN-1 significantly improves bone mineral density by inhibiting the sclerostin (sclerostin) and is suitable for the study of osteoporosis and related bone metabolic diseases[1].
