CZP-IN-1
CZP-IN-1 (compound SH-1) is an inhibitor targeting the pathogen Trypanosoma cruzi cruzipain (CZP) and does not inhibit cathepsin L (IC50=28 nM) . CZP-IN-1 can be used for the research of Chagas disease[1].
