PDI-IN-4
PDI-IN-4 (Compound 14d) is an inhibitor of protein disulfide isomerase, with an IC50 value of 0.48 μM. PDI-IN-4 suppresses platelet aggregation and thrombus formation by attenuating GPIIb/IIIa activation without significantly causing cytotoxicity. PDI-IN-4 can be used in research on thrombosis[1].
