JAK05 exhibits binding affinity to H+/K+-ATPase, COX-1/2, TNF-α and PGE2, reveals antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. JAK05 exhibits anti-ulcer activity in rat ethanol-induced gastric ulcer models[1].
