TyK2-IN-21-d3 (Compound 3c) is the orally active prodrug of the tyrosine kinase 2. TyK2-IN-21-d3 exhibits good chemical stability in aqueous system under different pHs. TyK2-IN-21-d3 alleviates the effect of gastric acid changes on drug absorption and improve the drug bioavailability in rat model[1].
