VVD 065

VVD 065 is an orally active Keap1-Cul3 Ligands for E3 LigaseMolecular Glues. VVD 065 can activate KEAP1, thereby promoting the degradation of NRF2. VVD 065 can inhibit tumor growth in a non-small cell lung cancer/esophageal squamous cell carcinoma xenograft model. VVD 065 can be used for research on cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma[1].
