Acepromazine-1-piperazinepropanamine dihydrochloride (compound 10) is a synthesized E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate (E3 Ligase Ligand-Linker Conjugate) that incorporates a TRIM21 ligand and a linker. Acepromazine-1-piperazinepropanamine dihydrochloride can be connected to the target protein ligand to form a PROTAC molecule, TrimTAC1 (HY-169355) [1].
