Lonitoclax
Lonitoclax is a B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) inhibitor. Lonitoclax has comparable anti-tumor efficacy to Venetoclax (HY-15531) in both B cell and myeloid malignancy models. Lonitoclax is promising for research of relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma, and certain low-grade lymphomas[1].
