(R) -SL18 is a degrader of ANXA3 and can degrade ANXA3 protein through the ubiquitination pathway. (R) -SL18 inhibits the proliferation, migration, invasion, and colony formation of breast cancer cells and induces apoptosis. (R) -SL18 can be used in the research of triple-negative breast cancer[1].
