ANXA3 degrader 1 (Compound 18a5) is a highly selective ANXA3 degrader with cancer cell inhibition activity. ANXA3 degrader 1 displays excellent inhibitory effect in a triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) tumor xenograft model (TGI=96%) [1].
