Anti-inflammatory agent 95 (Compound 2e) is an anti-inflammatory agent that exhibits the most potent anti-inflammatory activity in LPS (HY-D1056) -induced RAW 264.7 mouse macrophages. It significantly inhibits the production of NO, with an IC50 of 8.8 μM, and reduces the secretion of TNF-α and IL-1β, with inhibition rates reaching 60% and over 90%, respectively, at a concentration of 100 μM.
