ATX inhibitor 25
ATX inhibitor 25 (Compound 29) is an orally active Autotaxin inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.08 nM. ATX inhibitor 25 exhibits excellent in vitro metabolic stability, with a t1/2 of more than 170 minutes. In the bleomycin (HY-108345) -induced pulmonary fibrosis mouse model, orally administered ATX inhibitor 25 shows anti-fibrotic effects[1].
