Jun13296
Jun13296 is an orally active quinoline SARS-CoV-2 papain-like protease inhibitor (IC50 = 0.13 µM, Ki = 8.8 nM) . Jun13296 exhibits potent inhibition against SARS-CoV-2 variants and Nirmatrelvir (HY-138687) -resistant mutants. Jun13296 improves lung viral titers, and prevents lung tissue damage in a SARS-CoV-2 infection model[1].
