BI-113823, a chemical probe, is an orally active and selective bradykinin B1 receptor antagonist. BI-113823 can reduce complete Freund's adjuvant (HY-153808) -induced mechanical hyperalgesia in rats. BI-113823 can be used for the research of chronic inflammatory pain[1].
