CT-1
CT-1 is a derivative of Cryptotanshinone. CT-1 is a ferroptosis inducer. CT-1 promotes the interaction between NCOA4 and ferritin by targeting FTH1, triggering ferritinophagy-mediated ferroptosis. CT-1 has anticancer activity against triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). CT-1 induces ferroptosis in both N2-type tumor-associated neutrophils (TANs) and TNBC cancer cells[1].
