RD-23
RD-23 is an orally active and selective RET PROTAC degrader. RD-23 promotes ubiquitination and degradation of RETG810C mutation, with a DC50 value of 11.7 nM. RD-23 inhibits the activation of downstream Shc signaling and induces Apoptosis. RD-23 can be used for the research of RET-related cancers (Pink: RET ligand-2 ; Blue: E3 ligase CRBN ligand; Black: linker).
