RNA recruiter 2 is a QSOX1 mRNA ligand. RNA recruiter 2 can serve as a ligand for target RNA (Ligands for Target RNA for RIBOTAC) for the development of RIBOTAC RNA degraders with antitumor activity. RNA recruiter 2 can be used for the synthesis of F1-RIBOTAC (HY-171148) [1].
