1,2-Dipalmitoyl-3-stearoyl-rac-glycerol
1,2-Dipalmitoyl-3-stearoyl-rac-glycerol (1,2-Palmitin-3-stearin) is a triacylglycerol found in ostrich and emu oils as well as cow milk fat. The sn-1 and sn-2 positions of 1,2-Dipalmitoyl-3-stearoyl-rac-glycerol contain palmitic acid (HY-N0830), and the sn-3 position contains stearic acid (HY-B2219) [1][2].
