Heptaprenyl-MPDA (Heptaprenyl phosphate) is a short-chain homolog of undecaprenyl phosphate, is an endogenous substrate of Phospho-MurNAc-pentapeptide translocase (MraY) . Heptaprenyl-MPDA can be used for bacterial infections research[1].
