Indolidan
Indolidan (LY195115) is an orally active cardiotonic agent and a selective cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase inhibitor. Indolidan has a Ki of 80 nM for sarcoplasmic reticulum phosphodiesterase (SR-PDE) . Indolidan exhibits positive inotropic and vasodilator effects. Indolidan can be used in the research of diseases such as congestive heart failure[1][2].
