Nafenodone
Nafenodone is an antidepressant agent. Nafenodone can reduce the rate and amplitude of contractions and lengthen sinus node recovery time. Nafenodone can inhibit the spontaneous mechanical activity in portal vein segmens with an IC50 of 1.4 μM in rat isolated vascular smooth muscle. Nafenodone relaxes the contractions induced by high K+ and noradrenaline[1][2].
