EL20
EL20 is a selective cardiac ryanodine receptor 2 (RyR2) inhibitor. EL20 inhibits diastolic Ca 2+ leakage from the sarcoplasmic reticulum, reducing delayed afterdepolarizations and triggered arrhythmias. EL20 is promising for research of cardiovascular diseases[1].
