NS3736
NS3736 is an orally effective chloride channel inhibitor that can be used for the research of osteoporosis. NS3736 targets the CIC-7 channel in osteocytes, blocks osteoclast acidification and resorption in vitro, with IC50=30 μM. In a rat model of ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis, NS3736 can enhance bone strength and bone density[1].
