Cytarabine-daunorubicin
Cytarabine-daunorubicin (CPX-351) is a liposomal encapsulation of cytarabine and daunorubicin that delivers the two compounds in a synergistic 5:1 ratio into leukemia cells to a higher extent than normal bone marrow cells. Cytarabine-daunorubicin can be studied in research on leukemia[1].
