IMB-H4
IMB-H4 is an antibacterial agent and BamA binder. IMB-H4 disrupts BamA-BamD interaction by binding to BamA. IMB-H4 shows growth inhibition to Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Acinetobacter baumannii[1].
