Zidometacin
Zidometacin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent. Zidometacin significantly inhibits prostaglandin synthesis with low gastrolesive influence. Zidometacin has antinociceptive and antipyretic activities and shows relatively low ulcerogenicity in rat models. Zidometacin can be used for analgesia and osteoarthritis research[1].
