GE1111 is the antagonist for mas-related G protein-coupled receptor X2 (MRGPRX2) with an IC50 of 9.42 μM. GE1111 inhibits mast cell degranulation with an IC50 of 4.7 μM. GE1111 exhibits anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects in C48/80 (HY-130592) -induced systemic allergic reaction model[1].
