TG11-77 hydrochloride is a potent, selective, orally active and brain permeant EP2 antagonist, with a KB of 9.7 nM. TG11-77 hydrochloride inhibits PGE2-induced human EP2 receptor activation. TG11-77 hydrochloride exhibits anti-inflammatory activity. TG11-77 hydrochloride reduces delayed mortality and memory deficit[1][2].
