1,2-Dierucoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE

1,2-Dierucoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE (1,2-Dierucoyl-sn-3-phosphatidylethanolamine) is a phospholipid that contains erucic acid. 1,2-Dierucoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE can be used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to deliver mRNA in vivo. 1,2-Dierucoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE can also be used to synthesize numerous PEG-conjugates for liposomes incorporation[1][2][3][4].
