Thiophosphoro alkyne dichloridate (TPAC) is a thio-phosphonyl dichloride reagent based on the biomimetic design of histidine phosphorylation. Thiophosphoro alkyne dichloridate can selectively covalently couple with histidine and can be used for the development of protein function probes[1].
