FSH receptor antagonist 1
FSH receptor antagonist 1 (compound 10) is a potent antagonist of the G (s) -protein-coupled human follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) receptor. FSH receptor antagonist 1 exhibits an IC50 of 28 nM on a cell line expressing the human FSH receptor. FSH receptor antagonist 1 significantly inhibits follicle growth and ovulation in an ex vivo mouse model[1].
