Revamilast
Revamilast (GRC 4039) is an orally active phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor with an IC50 of 3 nM. Revamilast inhibits the production of TNF-α. It can be used for research on rheumatoid arthritis, plaque psoriasis, asthma, and other inflammatory diseases[1].
