Efgartigimod alfa (ARGX-113) is a neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) blocker. Efgartigimod alfa is an anti FcRn monoclonal immunoglobulin G (IgG1) Fc fragment. Efgartigimod alfa can be used for the research of myasthenia gravis[1].
