ART899 is a highly specific allosteric inhibitor of the Polθ DNA polymerase domain. ART899 can effectively enhance the radiosensitivity of tumor cells, shows good tolerance when combined with fractionated radiation, and significantly reduces tumor growth compared to radiation alone[1].
