7-Acetyl paclitaxel
7-Acetyl paclitaxel is a microtubule depolymerization inhibitor which inhibits calcium-induced microtubule depolymerization. 7-Acetyl paclitaxel reduces the growth of J774.2 macrophages (IC50 ~ 60 nM) and increases the levels of nitric oxide (NO) and TNF in isolated mouse peritoneal macrophages[1].
