Zelpolib
Zelpolib is a non-competitive Pol δ inhibitor. Zelpolib shows robust inhibition of Pol δ activity against dTTP with a Ki of 4.3 μM. Zelpolib inhibits cellular DNA replication. Zelpolib shows antiproliferative properties[1].
