Sp-TTPαS tetrasodium is a competitivesterile alpha motif and HD domain containing protein 1 (SAMHD1) hydrolysis inhibitor. Sp-TTPαS tetrasodium competitively inhibits SAMHD1 triphosphohydrolase activity with a Ki value of 46 µM[1].
