(γ-AmNS) UTP (trisodium)
(γ-AmNS) UTP (trisodium) is a fluorescent derivative of UTP and enables the detection of RNA polymerase activity. Incorporation of UMP in RNA results in the release of γ-AmNS-PPi, which has higher intrinsic fluorescence than (γ-AmNS) UTP. (γ-AmNS) UTP (trisodium) can be used for antibacterial and antituberculosis agents study[1].
