Nicotinamide 1, N6-ethenoadenine dinucleotide (sodium)
Nicotinamide 1, N6-ethenoadenine dinucleotide (ε-NAD) sodium, a fluorescent analogue of NAD, is able to serve as a substrate for the bacterial toxincatalyzed G-ADP ribosylation of signal-transducing G-proteins. Nicotinamide 1, N6-ethenoadenine dinucleotide sodium can be used as a fluorescent substrate for the studies of the ADP ribosylation reaction[1].
