Dotarizine
Dotarizine is a novel Piperazine derivative and antimigraine agent. Dotarizine exhibits Ca2+ channel blocking properties. Dotarizine decreases the release of lactate dehydrogenase. Dotarizine shows 5-HT receptor blocking effect[1].
