Dotarizine is a novel Piperazine (HY-B0912) derivative and antimigraine agent. Dotarizine exhibits Ca2+ channel blocking properties. Dotarizine decreases the release of lactate dehydrogenase. Dotarizine shows 5-HT receptor blocking effect[1].
