GSK8470 (Compound 5a) is an LRH-1 (EC50 = 0.43 μM) /SF-1 agonist (EC50 = 0.054 μM) . GSK8470 increases the expression of small heterodimer chaperones (SHPs), a target gene of LRH-1, in hepatocytes[1][2].
