8-PIP-NAD+ (sodium) (8-Piperidino-NAD+ (sodium) ) is a derivative of the signaling molecule and enzyme cofactor NAD+. 8-PIP-NAD+ (sodium) can be used in the determination of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) target proteins. 8-PIP-NAD+ (sodium) is a synthetic intermediate in the synthesis of cyclic ADP-ribose (cADPR) derivatives[1][2].
