Tubercidin 5'-diphosphate
Tubercidin 5'-diphosphate (7-Deazaadenosine 5'-diphosphate) is a modified nucleotide and metabolite of tubercidin. Tubercidin 5'-diphosphate can be formed via phosphorylation of tubercudin. Tubercidin 5'-diphosphate can also undergo phophorylation to form the active metabolite 7-deazaadenosine-5’-O-triphosphate[1].
