Desacetylvinblastine
Desacetylvinblastine (4-Desacetylvinblastine) is the major metabolite of Vinblastine and a cytotoxic agent. When used alone, desacetylvinblastine has poor anti-tumor effects, but it can exert significant anti-tumor activity when in the presence of specific conjugates[1].
