DANP (dihydrochloride)
DANP dihydrochloride is a bulge base recognition probe that strongly and specifically binds to the single cytosine and thymine bulges. DANP dihydrochloride could stabilize not only a single cytosine but also the thymine bulge in duplex DNA[1].
