MNA 279 (X 910279) is an orally active, immunosuppressive malononitrilamide and A 771726 derivative. MNA 279 suppresses IgM and IgG antibody production. MNA 279 prevents the development of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) -like disease in mice. MNA 279 prolongs skin xenograft survival in a mouse-to-rat model[1][2].
