WP1193

WP1193 is a novel JAK2/STAT3 pathway inhibitor. WP1193 suppresses phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3. WP1193 decreases expression of stem cell markers including CD133 and c-myc. WP1193 can be used in the research of glioblastoma[1].
