GGFG-Exatecan (TFA)
GGFG-Exatecan TFA is a synthetic intermediate for drug-linker conjugates used in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . GGFG-Exatecan TFA consists of a glycyl-glycyl-phenylalanyl-glycine (GGFG) tetrapeptide linker and a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor Exatecan (HY-13631) . GGFG-Exatecan TFA can be used for the study of cancer[1].
