GGFG-Exatecan
GGFG-Exatecan is a synthetic intermediate for drug-linker conjugates used in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . GGFG-Exatecan consists of a glycyl-glycyl-phenylalanyl-glycine (GGFG) tetrapeptide linker and a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor Exatecan (HY-13631) . GGFG-Exatecan can be used for the study of cancer[1].
